Well, It's a little over a week into the diet and I have lost 6 pounds already, I'm sure 4 of that is water weight. But in any case, I feel great. I usually find the first week so hard but I have been feeling really good. I have been taking a multivitamin, iron supplement, B6 and B12 supplements,and omega 3-6-9. I truly believe that the supplements are helping me get through all this with more energy. I've decide not to go the fat burner supplement route at least not now. Mabey when I start to plateau or near the end when the weight loss starts to slow down.
