Anyone who is seriously into strength training will know what a" Max Rep" is. So I just wanted to keep a record of my favorite exercise. I have been training on flat bench for Max Rep for 3 years now. Yesterday, my Max was 315 lbs....Yep that's 3 plates a side boys. Woohoo. That has been a goal of mine for a really long time. I'm proud of myself. I had plateaued for quite a while and finally reached my goal. Now I have to set a new one.
