Well, It's a little over a week into the diet and I have lost 6 pounds already, I'm sure 4 of that is water weight. But in any case, I feel great. I usually find the first week so hard but I have been feeling really good. I have been taking a multivitamin, iron supplement, B6 and B12 supplements,and omega 3-6-9. I truly believe that the supplements are helping me get through all this with more energy. I've decide not to go the fat burner supplement route at least not now. Mabey when I start to plateau or near the end when the weight loss starts to slow down.

Well....It is December 9th, 2009 and I started my diet 2 days ago. What a stupid time of year to diet. I know, but you know when you hit that spot in your weight gain where you say yo yourself, enough is enough, I can't see muscle definition anymore. That is the time to start. I feel motivated by the way I look. I hate when people say, "I'm gona start dieting on New Years Day" Why wait. Why give yourself a date. Just do it. If you need it, feel it, DO IT!!!!!

I want to stay accountable so I will be posting my progress on my blog from week to week. Today I am a muscular and fat 199 lbs. My goal is to reach 140 by June 1st, 2010....Wish me luck. I will hopefully starts posting pics monthly as well to watch the progress.
