Can I just say first of all, I havn't been sick with a cold, flu or infection in over 2 years! I have always had a healthy diet and excersice regeim....but until 2 years ago when I almost died of pneumonia I never took vitamins daily. This is my list of the supplements that I swear by:

1 multvitamin 3 X's daily

1 Omega 3-6-9 3X's Daily

1 B12 Injection 80 cc's 2 X's per week

1B6 Tablet a day

1 slow release Iron Tablet per day (I don't absorb iron well, iron defficient)

1 81mg asprin per day

1 shot glass size of acai berry juice

I swear that all my supplements are keeping me the happy healthy woman that I am. Please , be vigilant with your vitamins and supplements, you will notice an increase in energy, mood, healthier skin, hair and nails, and numerous other benefits.

My Mom (Karen) Jan 9, 1952-Dec 31 2009. Only 57 years old died on New Years Eve of a massive heart attack. She had no history of chest pains or heart problems. My Mom had always bee a little over weight but never obese. She was a life long smoker. Fitness was not a part of her vocabulary. My Mom had no will pepared and quite a bit of debt. Please no matter how old you, take the burden off your family by preparing a will and taking care of your own debt. Your family will be so grateful. And live life to fullest. Don't let a day go by without telling the people you care about how much you love them. Sleep well Mom. I miss you! Tracy

Well, It's a little over a week into the diet and I have lost 6 pounds already, I'm sure 4 of that is water weight. But in any case, I feel great. I usually find the first week so hard but I have been feeling really good. I have been taking a multivitamin, iron supplement, B6 and B12 supplements,and omega 3-6-9. I truly believe that the supplements are helping me get through all this with more energy. I've decide not to go the fat burner supplement route at least not now. Mabey when I start to plateau or near the end when the weight loss starts to slow down.

Anyone who is seriously into strength training will know what a" Max Rep" is. So I just wanted to keep a record of my favorite exercise. I have been training on flat bench for Max Rep for 3 years now. Yesterday, my Max was 315 lbs....Yep that's 3 plates a side boys. Woohoo. That has been a goal of mine for a really long time. I'm proud of myself. I had plateaued for quite a while and finally reached my goal. Now I have to set a new one.

Well....It is December 9th, 2009 and I started my diet 2 days ago. What a stupid time of year to diet. I know, but you know when you hit that spot in your weight gain where you say yo yourself, enough is enough, I can't see muscle definition anymore. That is the time to start. I feel motivated by the way I look. I hate when people say, "I'm gona start dieting on New Years Day" Why wait. Why give yourself a date. Just do it. If you need it, feel it, DO IT!!!!!

I want to stay accountable so I will be posting my progress on my blog from week to week. Today I am a muscular and fat 199 lbs. My goal is to reach 140 by June 1st, 2010....Wish me luck. I will hopefully starts posting pics monthly as well to watch the progress.
