Hi all...

It has been awhile since my last blogging. Actually it has been more than 10 months. On October last year i was able to loose some weight. i lost 10 pounds. However, due to my lack of knowledge on nutrition or lack of yearly medical checkup, i was found unconcsious while at work.I thought by taking regular exercise, dieting that is controlling my caloric intake everything should be okay and i will surely get the result soonest. Unfortunately i was wrong. I got anemic instead. My blood pressure dropped and my hemoglobin count dropped drastically and i need immediate blood transfusion (here the doctor threatened me by saying if i don't get admitted to the hospital i might die in my sleep). You see i refuse to see that i was sick at that time as i thought what i was doing is according to the most health book.  Somehow i got enlightened by a book that i was reading while hospitalized for 1 week. The author is Doctor Ray D. Strand MD. The book pointed out mistake. i was working out too much and i should have taken extra vitamins as multivit is still not enough to maintain our nutritious intake. I thank god i realized it before i got worse as my regular gym friend was less fortunate. He was 40. He exercise regularly and keep tract of his caloric intake. He was very health conscious. But he was found dead in his appartment due to heart attack. I think he overused his heart especially while doing his running and the heart just surrender. Here i think those trainers who tell other people to exercise more than 3 day a week should be stoned. They gave wrong advise. Doing more exrcise mean we are going to overwork the body. Since we cannot exactly get the full vitamin beneifit from our chemical infested food, we should take extra vitamins and not just one measly multivit to cover the whole body. Yes, one may not get immediate weight lose result, but in a long run it is healthier and safer for the body. No use if you look slim and gorgeous outside but in the inside i mean your internal organs r very much similar to a downtrodden, batterred, aging, overworked car.
