free weight lifting for size, strength and endurance. Martial arts, mainly muay thai, ju jutsu, and mma. really want to find a way of getting in to the amateur strongman scene in my area. eating, i concider this a fitness activity. (because i'm a sports nutritionist...) inter-country walks. hiking. machine work. general gym work.

Why I Enjoy My Fitness Activities:

makes me feel great, i'v chosen sports nutrition as my subject of focus in life, so fitness is a pretty important part of my life. i believe you should be the best you can be, while still having fun. being fit and well fed makes that possible. my body is very easily stressed physiologically, exercise helps minimise this. in fact when i become sedentary for 'too long', i get ill, physically and mentally.

to become better at my martial arts. to run further, faster, without collapsing at the other end. to feel better psychologically and physically. i have a size and proportion goal, but it is just a bit of fun really, just to see if i can reach proportional perfection based on the opinion of an old body building competition's judges.
